‘Deaf People at Work’

Covering from the Recruitment and Interview process for a Deaf employee, then on to a smooth Induction and then in to work and retention of the employee with Communication Tactics, Advice on the Government funded Access to Work scheme for equipment and communication support to Conducting Inclusive meetings – all to ensure that a Deaf employee has a rewarding and positive work-life and career.

‘Healthy Ways for Deaf People’

Focusing on Healthcare providers, such as GPs, Hospitals, Dental Surgeries and so on, this course covers a Deaf person’s complete healthcare experience from booking the appointment, through to attending and aftercare, ensuring that the Deaf person has had every opportunity to make complete and informed decisions about their health.

‘An A – Z for getting the Deaf Person from A – B’

Tailored to the Travel Industry, this course covers the simple and practical steps for ensuring clear communication from arriving at the transport service, whether that be the airport or coach station or other, through to using that transport and dis-embarkation. We will also touch on supporting Deaf people with other disabilities. All this will ensure that the Deaf person has a pleasurable travel experience and will tell their friends and family about it and return to use your business again and again.
